Sharanne invited me to photograph her family at her home a few weeks ago. We spent the whole session outdoors in their garden. Here are a few of my favourite photographs:

Vivian and her family came into the studio a couple of weeks ago. Her little boy, Enrique, was particularly fun to work with. It didn’t take long for his true self to come through and we managed to get some great, natural shots:

It’s not often that clients come to me with specific themes that a photoshoot should represent. So I got excited when Joann approached me and said she wanted some photographs with her daughter and that they should symbolise “Freedom”, “Love & Nature”, “Family Fun & Happiness” and “Brighter Future”. This gave me some good direction for my preparation for the session. We soon decided on a quiet area of the Botanic Gardens to try and capture what Joann was looking for. They were both great to work with and happy to go along with my ideas. I can’t decide between the first 3 photographs below which is my favourite. What do you think?
